Withdrawal Request Procedure:

Elite FX’s withdrawal cut-off time is 12:00 AEST/AEDT. Withdrawal requests submitted before this time will be processed on the same day, while requests made after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

Elite FX does not charge any additional fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, certain banking institutions may impose fees, which are beyond our control. Please note that if your deposited funds have not been utilized for trading, a processing fee may be applied to your withdrawal.

Bank Transfers:
International bank wire transfers can take up to 14 days to process and may incur intermediary or beneficiary fees.

Credit/Debit Card Withdrawals:
Withdrawals via credit/debit card are processed free of charge and typically take 3-5 business days. In rare cases, it may take up to 10 business days depending on the banks involved. Credit card withdrawals may not be available in all countries. For amounts exceeding the original card deposit, an alternative method, such as a bank wire transfer, is required.

PayPal/Neteller/Skrill Withdrawals:
Withdrawals through PayPal, Neteller, or Skrill must be made to the same account from which the funds were initially sent. These transactions are free of charge and processed instantly once approved.

Updating Card Information:
If your credit/debit card has expired or been replaced, update the new card details in your client area to avoid interruptions in deposit and withdrawal services. In the case of lost or stolen cards, a confirmation letter from the issuing bank is required.

New Cards for Withdrawal:
For newly uploaded cards not previously used for funding, a small deposit may be required to activate the withdrawal feature.

Additional Documentation:
Elite Fx Pro reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., deposit receipts, card statements) before processing withdrawals to new cards.

Webmoney Transactions:
These are processed by Ingenico ePayments and require withdrawal via bank transfer, which may take 3-5 business days and incur additional fees.

Other Withdrawal Methods:
Withdrawals from accounts funded by Fasapay, Poli/Bpay, Rapidpay, or Klarna will be processed via bank wire transfer, with processing times and potential additional charges varying.

For your first wire transfer withdrawal or first Vietnamese internet banking withdrawal, a copy of the related bank statement is required.

Thai Internet Banking Withdrawals:
For withdrawals to a Thai bank account, a clear scan or picture of your bank book is required.

Third-Party Payments:
Elite Fx does not process payments to third parties. All withdrawal requests must be made to an account or source in your name. Joint bank accounts or credit cards are accepted only if the account holder is one of the listed parties.
